Just another exaample of a foreign company coming here to take money from people by convincing them they need somethig they actually don't.

I wondered if this really was an old Mercedes, but looked inside and saw Fiat on the steering wheel. It wasn't clear enough for a pic though.

I decided to start a mailboxes page today.

I guess I will start a parking posts page, too. Seems like kind of a waste of money to me. But I am afraid it is just one step closer to parking meters, tickets, towing etc. The days of free parking in Podgorica may be numbered.

This is an interesting compromise.
