Friends
Teens in Montenegro place a high value on their friendships. I have never seen a country where they write their names groups like this.
Or at least I have never noticed before. Here are a few but I have lots more from different days. Often they say things like "Friends forever". Being in Montenegro has helped me realize the importance of frieends. I often wonder if the world needs more money or more friends. Being in Montenegro has made me realize that if I had kids I would want them to grow up to have more friends, more love and more freedom than I had. Not more money. I also wonder what America needs now: More friends or more money. Here in Montenegro it is easy to make friends. Usually what I do is just listen to people. I try to always listen to everyone. I don't think someone will hate you and want to kill you after you have just really listened to them. They didn't teach me how to really listen to someone in school. I had to learn this after my second divorce. I decided listening was so important that I created this page about listening:
